日記からオーロラを撮影した日を集めてみました。
それぞれの画像をクリックすると撮影した日の日記にリンクします。
オーロラ撮影にはOlympusC-2000ZoomやCanonEOS D30、EOS-1Dsなどのデジカメをメインに使い、とくにすばらしいオーロラが出たときだけフィルムカメラも併用しています。

Digital cameras, Olympus C-2000Zoom and Canon EOS D30, are mainly used to take pictures, and sometimes when wonderful auroras appear, film camera is also used.

	2003年4月25日～4月27日デナリ国立公園に出かけて撮りました。 Apr. 25-Apr. 27, '03. I went to Denali National Park to take pictures.

	2003年3月21日～4月18日アラスカを離れてから1年経て、初めて本格的に撮ったオーロラ。 Mar. 21-Apr. 18, '03. Pictures that I took first time since I leave Alaska after one year.

	2001年11月中旬～１２月下旬アラスカを離れるまでの１ヶ月間に撮った写真です。 Middle of Nov. to end of Dec., '01. Pictures taken in one month before I leave Alaska.

	2001年11月5日真っ赤なオーロラや虹色のオーロラが出て、デナリ国立公園まで写真を撮りに行きました。 Nov. 5, '01. Red aurora and rainbow aurora appeared, and I went to Denali National Park to take pictures.

	2001年10月2日フェアバンクス上空に、天空から降り注ぐ槍のようなオーロラが見えました。 Oct. 2, '01. Auroras, which seemed like lances falling from the sky, were seen above Fairbanks.

	2001年4月19日 2000-2001シーズン最後に見たオーロラです。 Apr. 19, '01. The last aurora I saw in 2000-2001 seasonal year.

	2001年3月24日～3月26日北米大陸最北端の町、バローで見たオーロラです。 Mar. 24 - 26, '01. Aurora appeared in Barrow, the northern most town in Continent of North America.

	2001年3月17日オーロラ真っ盛りぃ～～っていう時期にユーコン河のほとりで撮影しました。 Mar. 17, '01. Aurora blasted on Yukon River.

	2000年11月23日～12月25日 2000年11月から12月にかけて撮影したオーロラです。 Nov. 23 - Dec. 25, '00. Aurora, taken in November and December in 2000.

	2000年11月6日カメラがC-2000ZoomからEOS-D30にバトンタッチして初めての本格的なオーロラ撮影です。 Nov. 6, '00. The first photo since Canon EOS-D30 took over Olympus C-2000Zoom.

	2000年10月2日教会といっしょに撮影してみました。 Oct. 2, '00. I took pictures of aurora with church.

	2000年8月28日 2000-2001年最初のオーロラ。 Aug. 28, '00. The first aurora in the season of 2000-2001.

	2000年4月1日私が見た1999-2000年のシーズン最後のオーロラとなりました。 Apr. 1, '00. The last aurora I saw in the season of 1999-2000.

	2000年3月13, 14日アークティック・ビレッジで撮影したオーロラです。 Mar. 13, 14, '00. Pictures of aurora, taken in Arctic Village.

	2000年2月25,27日オーロラ真っ盛り～、という時期のオーロラ。緑色のカーテンにピンクの縁取りが付いていました。 Feb. 25, 27, '00. Aurora in the best season to see. Aurora curtains had pink hems.

	99年12月4日実に見事なオーロラが出て、連続写真を撮ってアニメーションにしてみました。 Dec. 4, '99. Really wonderful aurora appeared. I took pictures continuously and made them into animation.

	99年9月30日満月と重なりましたが、それに負けないくらい明るいオーロラが出ました。 Sep. 30, '99. It was full moon, but the aurora was brighter.

	99年8月31日おそらく世界で初めて普及型デジカメでの撮影に成功したオーロラの写真です。使ったデジカメは、F2.0の明るいレンズとISO400相当の高感度、裏モードとはいえ16秒までの長時間露出を備えたOlympusC-2000Zoom。ちなみにオーロラは普通、緑色が多く、赤い色は珍しいです。 Aug. 31, '99. This is the first picture of aurora taken with consumer digital camera in the world. The camera was OlympusC-2000Zoom featuring a F2.0 fast lens, ISO400 equivalent sensitivity, and long time exposure up to 16 sec (it was "hidden command", meaning officially unsupported.). Red northern lights are rarer than green one.
