夕食を終えて、今度は地震公園に行ってみました。
広美は結局、最後の最後までオーロラ観測（笑）。
After I ate dinner, I went to Earthquake Park.
What I did in the last moment was, looking for Aurora, as all of you expected.
アンカレッジの町の夜景が素敵でした。
新年を祝う花火の音が遠くから響いてきます。
でも、厚い雲が空を覆い、オーロラさんはなかなか姿を見せてくれません。
結局5時間以上待っていましたが、午前2時、心残りのまま、
ついに出発しなければならない時間になってしまいました。
オーロラさん、結局あなたは最後に姿を見せてくれなかったのね。。
The night view of Anchorage was beautiful.
Fireworks celebrating New Year sounded from somewhere.
But thick cloud prevented me from seeing Aurora.
After waiting for five hours, I had to leave to airport.
Aurora, you didn't show me yourself in the last moment, finally. . .
1月1日午前3時45分。アンカレッジ発ソウル行き。
飛行機はほぼ時間通りに離陸しました。
そして雲を抜けると。。
Anchorage to Seoul, leaving at 3:45am on January 1st.
The air plane departed on time.
After rising up on the cloud, . .
それはとても淡い緑の光でした。
この飛行機の中で誰一人として気づいた人はいなかったかもしれません。
でも、広美にだけは見えるの。
地平線に浮かぶあのかすかな光が。。
It was really weak green light.
Nobody would become aware of it in this airplane.
But, only I could see it,
the feeble green light on the horizon.
だって、、
広美は毎晩、
くる日も、
あくる日も、
そのまたあくる日も、、、
Because
I was, every night,
one day,
next day,
the day after next day, . . .
こうやってあなたを待っていたんだよぉ。。。
I was waiting for you. . .
